Hotel Il Villino stands beside the medieval village of Santarcangelo and is surrounded by the greenery of a large garden, embellished by the Fontanella di Francesca da Rimini, designed by the poet Tonino Guerra.
The careful and passionate restoration work, curated by the architect Massimo Bottini, has given value and nobility to the building, reviving the atmosphere of the past with exposed brick and stone, barrel vaults, period fixtures and balconies in Iron until the recovery of the beautiful tuff grottoes.
Man’s manual work, through the techniques and natural materials of tradition, has restructured not only the ways, but also the times, sometimes fast, but often slow, respecting ancient matter.
